We are pleased to introduce Four Plus Solutions Homecare. Four Plus Solutions has been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since 10 June 2024 to provide domiciliary care, meaning we can now support people in their own homes as well as supplying staff to healthcare settings.
What our homecare covers
Our care at home is built around each person and their routine. Support can include:
- Personal care, including washing and dressing
- Support for people living with dementia
- Support for people with physical disabilities
- Care for adults over and under 65
Where we provide care
We are based in Woking and provide care across Surrey.

Our homecare service draws on the same standards we apply to our healthcare staffing: experienced, carefully vetted staff, and a focus on dignity, reliability and continuity of care.
